Livingston Streetcar Sculpture

The Livingston Streetcar Sculpture series is a tribute to the streetcars that historically ran through the Livingston Avenue area. The project is currently in the final stages of its second installment, with a budget of $50,000. The first sculpture, designed by John Sunami, is located on Livingston and Nelson, and this second sculpture will be placed in Livingston Park along Livingston Avenue. As the manager of this project, the NDC collected qualifications and applications submitted by artists and conducted a series of reviews that selected three finalists, all of which are Ohio artists. Tom Hubbard was selected as the winner the design of this second sculpture is undergoing approval from the Columbus Arts Commission. As the final design is wrapped up, the sculpture will soon be a feature of Livingston Park. Thank you to all of the artists who participated in this competition.
